Each TM Auctions plan has different limits on the number of images that can be added to each auction. These limits are in place to help speed up your website load times (more images means longer loading times). In other words, on the basic plan you can have 3 images per auction and a maximum of 100 active auctions - that means you can have 300 images associated with your live auctions at any one time.
Images are automatically resized when uploaded to a maximum width of 800 pixels. We recommend resizing and compressing any images to 800 pixels wide or less before uploading purely to speed up the time it takes to transmit to our servers. All images must be in JPEG format.
One of the great benefits of the premium plan is the ability for sellers to add videos to their auctions. Videos can be uploaded in a variety of common formats and are automatically resized and compressed for the web.
