Our service arrangement is deliberately kept very simple;

• we take care of the technical aspects involved in running an auction site
• we maintain our auction servers and resolve issues if and when they occur
• we continually improve our core auction system and update all our clients simultaneously
• we address bugs deemed to be serious that are brought to our attention free of charge
• we customise design and functionality upon request charging by the hour

In exchange, we give clients all the freedom to build up their own niche auction website. All that we ask in return is:

• You abide by international laws ie. no spamming or illegal content
• You do not intentionally perform activities that might compromise the security or performance of your website, like sharing your admin login details
